Important Information:

Driving: Participants under the age of 16 are not permitted to drive the quad bike. 🏍️

Program Schedule:

Hotel pickup at approximately 12:30 PM to the quad base (the exact time will be confirmed after booking; the drive takes approximately 20–40 minutes depending on your hotel's location) 🚐

Briefing: instructions on how to operate the quad bike 📋

Quad bike ride: approximately 40–45 minutes 🏍️

Buggy ride: approximately 10–15 minutes 🚙

Jeep ride: a journey across the desert to a Bedouin village (approximately 20 minutes each way) 🏜️

Camel ride: with a photo opportunity, approximately 4–7 minutes 🐪

Return to the hotel: around 6:30 PM ⬅️

Transfers within Hurghada 🚐

(El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, and Makadi areas: +€10 round-trip surcharge. Soma Bay and Safaga areas: +€20 round-trip surcharge. Surcharge applies per booking, up to a maximum of 6 people. Transfers may be shared/group transfers.)

Not Included in the Price:

Protective goggles: available for rent on-site (€2–5) 🕶️

Child discount: free participation for children up to age 5 👶

Additional Information:

Each group consists of 10–20 vehicles 🚙

An English-speaking instructor at the base will explain how to operate the vehicles, and a dedicated guide on their own quad bike accompanies the group throughout the ride 🧑‍🏫

Weight limit: If two people book a shared quad bike but their combined weight exceeds 150 kg, a separate quad bike must be used and the price difference paid. If someone is unable to drive, they may switch to riding as a passenger with the guide or their partner, though no refund will be issued ⚖️

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing (warmer clothing in winter, such as a sweater and long pants), closed-toe shoes, a hat, sunscreen, wet wipes, sunglasses or dust-protection goggles, water, and cash for small expenses.
